**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives and target audience.
- Manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring consistent brand presence and messaging across channels.
- Create and curate engaging, high-quality content for social media channels, including videos, posts, images, and other multimedia formats. Collaborate with graphic designers to brainstorm and ideate innovative concepts for social media posts.
- Produce and edit videos for social media, including product demos, tutorials, promotional videos, and customer testimonials, using video editing software and tools.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize campaigns and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, particularly regarding video content, to drive innovation and keep the company at the forefront of social media marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product teams, to align social media strategies with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with influencers, bloggers, and industry partners to drive brand advocacy and secure collaboration opportunities, particularly related to video content.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement within the social media landscape, focusing on video and multimedia content.
- Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, inquiries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to develop visually appealing and impactful social media posts that effectively communicate the brand's messaging.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking, with a specific emphasis on video ads.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid content.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging video content, including product demos, tutorials, promotional videos, and customer testimonials.
- Experience collaborating with graphic designers to create visually appealing social media posts.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Experience with influencer marketing campaigns and working with influencers to promote brands and products, particularly in video collaborations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze metrics, and provide data-driven insights to improve social media performance.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
