You’ll support the team in creating engaging content, managing social platforms, and analyzing performance to help our brand connect with its audience.If you’re a trend-spotter with a flair for creativity, this is your chance to kickstart your career in social media marketingAbout the RoleThis role involves supporting the team in various aspects of social media management, including content creation, community engagement, trend research, analytics, ad support, and cross-functional collaboration.ResponsibilitiesContent Creation and SchedulingAssist in creating engaging and on-brand posts for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.Write captions, hashtags, and post copy that resonate with the audience and align with brand tone.Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.Community EngagementMonitor comments, messages, and mentions across platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.Actively engage with followers to build a strong and positive online community.Support influencer collaborations and partnerships by coordinating outreach and tracking activities.Trend Research and IdeationStay updated on social media trends, viral content, and platform updates.Share fresh ideas for content formats, challenges, and campaigns to keep the brand relevant and engaging.Analytics and ReportingTrack and compile data on social media performance, including engagement, reach, and follower growth.Assist in preparing reports with key takeaways and improvement suggestions.Ad SupportAssist in setting up and monitoring paid social media campaigns.Collaborate with the team to optimize ad creatives and targeting.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the design and content teams to coordinate visuals and messaging.Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and promotions.QualificationsExperience: Min 3 years in a social media manager.Required SkillsBasic understanding of social media platforms and trends.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative edge.Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or any social scheduling software is a plus.Preferred SkillsAwareness of current social media trends and viral content.Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.Pay range and compensation packageGain hands-on experience managing social media for a growing brand.
