**Job Title**: Finance Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate accounting records in **Tally** and **IDS**.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and inter-company transactions.
- Assist in audits (internal & statutory) and coordinate with auditors as required.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory requirements.
- Support senior management with financial analysis and MIS reports.
- Handle employee reimbursements, vendor payments, and other corporate finance operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA/ICWA (Inter) is a plus.
- 2-4 years of corporate finance experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST, TDS), and compliance.
- Proficient in **IDS**, **Tally**, and MS Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
