Position Title: Company Secretary (CS)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013.
Prepare, review, and maintain accurate minutes of board meetings, general meetings, and committee meetings.
Draft, review, and manage legal documents, agreements, and contracts related to corporate governance.
Ensure timely compliance with secretarial standards, company policies, and corporate laws.
Assist in drafting annual reports, resolutions, and notices for board and shareholder meetings.
Manage and maintain statutory registers, records, and the company’s seal.
Provide advice to the board and senior management on corporate governance, risk management, and legal matters.
**Requirements**:
Qualified Company Secretary (Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India - ICSI).
Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate secretarial practices.
Thorough knowledge of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and corporate governance standards.
Proficient in using compliance software and MS Office.
Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional qualifications like LLB or experience in handling IPOs and listed companies are an added advantage.
Familiarity with RBI, FEMA, or NBFC regulations (if applicable).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
