**Roles and Responsibilities**

To handle the team of 7 to 8 maintenance persons in three shifts.

To maintain the machines in healthy condition with adherence of preventive & predictive maintenance.

To attend the machine breakdowns in shifts.

To ensure breakdown percentage, MTBF, MTTR & spares cost within target.

To ensure resetting time within target in shifts.

To support QA in shifts for quality related issues in shifts.

To update & maintain the records related to IATF,EHS & customer audits.

To carry out the root cause analysis of critical & chronic breakdowns.

Spare parts management required for routine maintenance works.

To maintain 7S in maintenance area.

Indigenous development of the machine spares.

Co-ordination with outside vendors for repairs of sub assemblies & spares.

4 to 5 years in mechanical maintenance. ( Experience of assembly lines will be preferable)
