Position : Officer - Maintenance (Fitter / Operator Cum Technician)

Summarized Accountability: Assist closely in running production lines and and Manage equipment's fitting and technical related issues during minor stoppages & breakdowns.

Reports To: Asst. Manager - Maintenance

Location: Pune Plant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Performs routine maintenance on various types of equipment and improves equipment for the maximum efficiency such as Homogenizer, batching system, Packing machine, Split system DX units, Packaged HVAC units, Chillers, boilers, pumps, in commercial/industrial facilities.
2. Should be ready to work in all 3 shift and General shift.
3. Build TPM Culture in Utility area.
4. All types of Pumps Repairing, Level and align pump bases.
5. All types of Motor Bearing Replacement
6. HOPT, BOPT, starter MHE Repairing work.
7. On time Update of maintenance related document
8. Maintain, fault find and repair specialised plant & equipment
9. Ability to use Lock out/tag out Process to Isolate Equipment prior to Working on Unit
10. Adjustment of Equipment in a safe manner as needed during in Production
11. Providing Uninterrupted Utilities to the Plant & Daily monitoring of Ammonia Plant & Utility Equipment Operation & maintenance.

Experience & Education:
1. ITI (Fitter)
2. Diploma (Mech.)
3. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
4. Familiar with regional language, i.e. Marathi.

Functional Requirements:
1. Perform necessary line changeover, Start-Up & Shutdown Process in Utility Plant, Perform Job in safe and efficient manners directed by company procedure.
2. Set impeller clearance on pumps & fan blades, Alignment of motor to gearbox, Measurement of precision fits.
3. Knowledge of UV System Operation & Maintenance.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
