As an Counselor cum admin you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. You will handle confidential and sensitive information and act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings ,follow ups
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments & arrangements
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documents
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Schedule and coordinate office events, including meetings, training sessions, and conferences, demos

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
