**Location**: Mumbai

**Position Overview**:
We’re seeking a highly organized and driven **Marketing Sales Executive** to manage the day-to-day operations of our Multi-Brand Outlet (MBO) stores, support events and wedding initiatives, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings strong retail experience and operational rigor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations and sales updates for all MBO locations.
- Ensure consistent visual merchandising standards across stores.
- Liaise with the finance team to close payments and vendor settlements.
- Handle paperwork and coordination for events and wedding orders.
- Provide regular updates on upcoming shows, exhibitions, and wedding deliverables.
- Conduct local travel to MBOs for on-ground checks and reporting.
- Work closely with the Channel Head on sales goals and execution plans.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
- Prior experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role is strongly preferred.

**Desired Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reports and tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong understanding of customer experience and sales processes.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
