Job Title : Senior Manager / Assistant Vice President - Area Head Branch Control Unit
Location : Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad
**Job Description**:
Responsible for implementing the branch control framework to make a meaningful impact on sales
effectiveness, team morale and productivity.
Verification of internal policy & process and extend support to branch team for adherence.
Conduct training at regular intervals (Compliances, Incentives, Policy, Process, etc.).
Provide continuous support to Business Team to adhere on policy guidelines, process improvements
and drive the branch team for “NIL” observation in any of the internal & external audit report and/or
RCU observations.
Travel to undertake branch & field visit across locations.
Prepare branch visit report and publish observations to senior management.
**Required Skills**:
Eye for detail & ability to work with colleagues across departments / functions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Education and experience:
Bachelor’s / Master degree with good academic background.
Minimum 8 years plus experience in a HFC / NBFC. Experience in Home Loan / Loan Against Property
(Mortgage Loan) preferred; experience with lending industry will be added advantage.
