We are looking for a dynamic and driven **Academic Program Executive** to join our growing academic team. If you are someone with strong familiarity in competitive exam domains like **JEE, NEET, and CUET**, and you're passionate about solving students’ problems at scale, managing multiple tasks, and thriving in a fast-paced environment — this is for you.

This role sits at the intersection of academics, execution, and student success. You’ll work alongside senior academic leaders and project managers to ensure top-quality academic delivery, student satisfaction, and smooth project implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Student-Centric Approach**: Understand student concerns — from academic to motivational. Proactively suggest academic interventions or process improvements to boost student outcomes.
- **Multi-Tasking & Execution**: Efficiently handle **multiple projects simultaneously** with focus and accountability. Take ownership of deliverables and timelines across ongoing academic initiatives.
- **Project Management**: Support existing academic operations and contribute to **new program launches**. Work closely with academic leads, faculty, and tech/product teams to ensure smooth coordination.
- **Problem Solving & Tech-Savviness**: Use digital tools, data, and logic to streamline processes and solve academic/operational challenges. Be comfortable working on Google Sheets, content platforms, LMS, or any academic tech tools.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Educational Background**: Strong academic foundation, ideally with a science background (B.Sc/B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech or equivalent).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of relevant experience in education, content, operations, or student engagement. Freshers with exceptional drive and knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
- **Tech Comfort**: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and willingness to adopt and learn digital tools.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication, teamwork, time management, and a bias for action.

**Bonus If You Have**:

- Worked with EdTech platforms or academic startups.
- Experience managing large-scale academic projects.
- Hands-on knowledge of student query handling, content operations, or live class coordination.
