**Job Title**:Sales Executive - Recruitment & Manpower Solutions

**About Us**:Nexfore is a multi-vertical consulting company offering value-driven, compliance-integrated services to corporates and industries. Our recruitment and manpower division caters to diverse sectors including corporates, construction, manufacturing, and IT companies.

**Job Location & Mode**:Hybrid - Combination of client visits and office/remote work

**Experience Required**:Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in manpower supply or recruitment services

**Salary**:₹30,000 per month + attractive incentives+Bonus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate leads for manpower supply and recruitment services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR decision-makers and procurement heads.
- Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Coordinate with internal HR/recruitment teams for timely service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Proven experience in selling recruitment or manpower outsourcing services.
- Strong networking and lead-generation skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of corporate and industrial sectors (construction, manufacturing, IT).
