Our team consists of engineers who are experienced in this niche vertical that requires unique set of skills that cater to creating solutions for the healthcare vertical.

**What You'll Do**

**What You Will Work On**
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

**The skills and qualifications you'll need-**
- Degree/Master’s in Engineering (Software/IT/Information is preferred)
- 7-10 yrs experience in Scrum master.
- Knowledge of SAFe is a plus.
- Prefer certifications like PSM-1, CSM, CSPO, PSPO, or any relevant scrum master certifications. But this is not mandatory.
- Good understanding of agile
- Experience in handling remote teams.
- Background of working as a manual QA for at least 2 years.
- Good communication skills
- Looking for a personality with whom others feel easy to work with and interact.
- Calm nature is preferred.
- Good listener
- Open to learning new things.
- Capability to self-drive and should be a go-getter.
