Project Manager (Scrum Master)Location : Kochi, Kerala, India Role : Project Manager/Scrum MasterExperience : 10+ Years Employment Type : Full-Time, Work from officeJob DescriptionAs Project Manager, you are responsible to work closely with the client, oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. Should have good experience in driving Agile Projects, especially in Scrum Framework. PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM is a plus. ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing Product Development & Support teamResponsible for Scrum CeremoniesResponsible for P&L of multiple accountsSupervise delivery and support projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesManage projects pertaining to Digital solutionsMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsDesired Candidate ProfileBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related fieldRelevant experience of at least 4+ years as a Project ManagerExperience of managing projects dealing in digital solutions.Good communication and presentation skillsPossess excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperienced in working with agile environmentMust be a flexible team playerExperienced in handling a team of 15+ membersProficient in using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, et al.Previous experience in software development will be a plusInterested?
