In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across the organisation. You will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects, adherence to budgets, and alignment with quality standards. Responsibilities Support the identification of project goals, requirements, and potential opportunitiesAssist in developing project proposals and gaining necessary internal and client approvalsCollaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, plans, and timelinesHelp allocate resources and assign responsibilities to team membersMonitor project execution, track progress, and flag any risks or delaysProvide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project performanceContribute to post-project reviews and help document lessons learnedWork under the guidance of senior project managers and seek mentorship to develop skillsStay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in software developmentCandidate Requirements B.Tech in CS with MBA (any specialisation).Strong organisational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Candidates with 2-6 years of experience are welcome.Basic understanding of project management principles.Eagerness to learn and grow in a project management role.Previous experience in a project management or related roleFamiliarity with project management software toolsCompensation & Benefits Competitive salary package.
