**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and communicative Project Liaison Officer to join our team. You will be the bridge between our clients, on-site teams, and subcontractors, ensuring that project updates, issues, and billing matters are managed efficiently and in real-time. This is an on-site role where quick thinking, timely communication, and problem-solving are essential to keep projects running smoothly.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Maintain real-time communication with site teams, clients, and subcontractors for project updates
- Identify, escalate, and follow up on issues to ensure timely resolution
- Track billing, invoices, and payments, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and share daily/weekly progress and billing reports with management
- Support site operations and coordination to ensure smooth workflow
- Act as the go-to person for clients and internal teams when updates or clarifications are needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of Odia is a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and soft skills for client and team interactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
- Experienced in billing, payment tracking, and client coordination
- Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Confident in problem-solving, following up until resolution, and taking initiative
