**Role **:Compliance Professional

**Business Title**:Deputy General Manager Compliance

**Location**: Bangalore

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Zone Compliance Officer in creating a robust culture of compliance and business integrity and proactively addressing compliance issues through creative, effective and innovative training and education for employees, business partners & vendors for the group Companies;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and ensure compliance with relevant industry Codes like APACMed, UCMDMP etc. and laws like Indian PCA, US FCPA, UK Bribery Act;
- Work closely with local sales and marketing teams and ensure proper documentation while review and approval of workflows related to HCP (health care professionals)/Health care organizations interactions like Sponsorships, Education Grants, Clinical Collaboration, etc. and reporting in the tool and to internal stakeholders;
- Develop and maintain a reasonable level of business knowledge to provide advice and support in complex problems to enable business;
- Proactively lead and conduct various compliance risk assessment workshops to evaluation gaps and risk areas and ensure effective mitigation through timely monitoring and follow up
- Manage day to day operations of compliance processes and tools and perform periodic review to identify improvement areas;
- Ensuring consistently high standards of Compliance and business integrity at all times;
- Undertake and perform other duties and responsibilities as required

**Competencies**:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to foster collaborative work relationships with cross-functional teams, peers and other stakeholders
- Competent to handle and perform complex data analysis
- Knowledge of MS Sway, MS Teams, Power BI etc. would be added advantage

**Qualification & Experience**:
Graduate with 7+ years of work experience with minimum 5 years' experience in Compliance role with large MNC preferably from healthcare sector
