TaxWise Consultants is looking for a
full-time, on-site MCA Compliance Professional
to join our growing team in
Bengaluru
.

What you'll do

Manage end-to-end compliance with MCA regulations

Prepare & file statutory returns and maintain corporate records

Assist with regulatory filings & ensure corporate governance standards

Advise clients on compliance-related matters

What we're looking for

Strong knowledge of
MCA compliance & regulatory filings

Experience in preparing statutory returns & maintaining corporate records

Solid understanding of
Finance, Accounting, and Taxation principles

Excellent communication & advisory skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or related field


CS/Compliance certifications
are a plus


Freshers or candidates with MCA compliance experience are welcome to apply
