**Description**:

- Organization Job Title- Jira and Bitbucket Migration Specialist- Years of Exp- 5+ Years Relevant experience- Skills- Strong knowledge of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, and Confluence
- Experience with Atlassian Cloud, Data Center, or Server migrations.
- Proficiency in SQL, REST APIs, scripting (Python, Bash, or Groovy).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, Git repositories, and DevOps best practices.
- Familiarity with authentication mechanisms, permissions, and security settings in Atlassian tools.
- Project Management Skills
Experience managing end-to-end migrations with mínimal business impact.
- Ability to work in agile environments and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Responsibilities- Develop and implement a detailed migration strategy for Jira and Bitbucket.
Assess existing environments, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, timelines, and expectations.
Execute the migration process while ensuring data integrity, security, and mínimal disruption.
- Optimize Jira and Bitbucket configurations post-migration for performance and scalability.
- Work closely with IT, DevOps, and software development teams to ensure a seamless transition.
- Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues promptly.
- Provide training and support to users on the new setup.
- Maintain detailed documentation of the migration process, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Preferred Qualifications.
- Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-120, ACP-400, etc.).
- Experience with third-party migration tools (e.g., Atlassian Cloud Migration Assistant, JCMA, BCMA).
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud infrastructure related to Atlassian product deployments.
