**Role and Responsibilities**:
This role requires you to work from our campus located in Mira Road, Mumbai.
- Build, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and partner organizations to identify placement opportunities for students.
- Collaborate with colleges, universities, and student organizations to promote placement opportunities and increase student participation.
- Serve as the point of contact for partner institutions and students and foster positive relations.
- Identify and establish relationships with companies to create a robust network of potential employers.
- Responsible for internship and final placements of students.
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand their recruitment needs and align them with student profiles.
- Arrange interviews, coordinate feedback, and facilitate communication between students and recruiters.
- Maintain and update records of placement activities, including student placements, employer feedback, and market trends.
- Work closely with the academic and administrative teams to align placement activities with academic programs and student needs.
- Identify training needs and organize training for student to enhance their employability

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in educational institutions, student services, or campus placement programs is preferred.
- Background in student placement, career counseling, campus recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and leverage technology effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, empathetic, and committed to supporting student career success.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
