Placement Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop relationships with employers to identify job opportunities
- Coordinate the placement process from initial contact with employer to final job offer for our graduates
- Work with graduates to prepare them for job interviews, including resume reviews and mock interviews
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless transition from graduation to job placement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and job market demands to ensure graduates are prepared for the workforce
- Track job placement rates and report on progress to senior leadership
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with employers and graduates

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduation / Masters Degree
- Proper Communication skills
- Compulsory language speaking - English
- Experience in career services or job placement in higher education
- Knowledge of the relevant job market
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other job posting platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
