POSITION: Placement Executive

LOCATION: Mumbai

DESCRIPTION: The role is primarily responsible for supporting the Placement manager in placement of Bright Future aspirants and in monitoring the alumni life cycle for ensuring the planned outcome.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Job market assessment: Researching and assessing the applicable job market for sectors (e.g. BFSI, Retail etc.) and opportunities available in different industries to determine what are the available jobs and the minimum requirements.

Networking and Collaborating with Team & Employers : Networking with future employers as well as Center Team for the purposes of facilitating job placements, internships, exposure visits, and other work readiness sessions or day-to-day activities.

Data Management: Continuous collection and updation of databases related to aspirants, alumni and employers Alumni Network Management and Development: Counseling the aspirants and alumni regarding any difficulties faced in the course of their placed jobs. This is a post placement activity that supports the aspirants as they navigate through any challenges faced in their job.

Records: Maintaining pre-placement and post-placement documentation Reporting: Prepare timely reports(given by Manager) to be sent to all centers and HO that pertain to job placements and gaps Need to undertake additional responsibilities from time to time based on the organizations needs.

COMPENSATION:
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE.

EXPERIENCE Qualifications:
HSC will be considered. Graduate( Preferable) Years of Experience : 0-2 yrs.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE Good Knowledge of excel & shortcut keys

REQUIRED SKILLS Good written and verbal communication Networking skills Strong interpersonal skills Organizational skills Proficiency in MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word Good typing speed 20-30 WPM. Attention to detail Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy Energetic, creative Flexible and adaptable to change in work responsibilities as per requirements Should be willing to travel.
