**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven **Business Development Executive (BDE) - Placement** to strengthen our corporate relations and drive successful placements of students. The role involves building partnerships with companies, identifying job opportunities, and ensuring students get placed in top organizations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers of various companies to secure placement opportunities for students.
- Identify and approach potential employers for campus placements, internships, and job openings.
- Conduct market research to understand industry hiring trends and requirements.
- Coordinate and organize placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Work closely with students to prepare them for interviews, resume building, and job readiness.
- Maintain and update placement records, employer databases, and student progress reports.
- Develop business strategies to expand the network of hiring partners.
- Collaborate with training and academic teams to align student skill sets with industry requirements.
- Negotiate salary packages and job roles with recruiters to ensure the best placement opportunities for students.
- Represent the institution/company in various corporate networking events and career fairs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, placements, or recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with corporate clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Understanding of recruitment processes and placement strategies is a plus.
