
Payroll Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and process monthly payroll for retail store and corporate employees.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records accurately in the system.
- Calculate salaries, incentives, bonuses, arrears, and applicable deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with all payroll-related statutory regulations and filing of statutory returns.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for smooth payroll operations and approvals.
- Address and resolve employee queries related to salary, tax, or statutory deductions.
- Prepare payroll reports, full and final settlements (F&F), and salary slips.
- Support audits and compliance reviews with required payroll documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll data at all times.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of payroll processing experience.
- Working knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho Payroll, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to handle employee interactions professionally.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain high confidentiality.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
