**Responsibilities**:*
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Explain project details, specifications, and pricing clearly to clients.
- Schedule and confirm site visits for prospective buyers.
- Maintain updated records of leads and interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
- Follow up with clients to increase conversion rates.

**Key Requirements**
*Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate pre-sales (Thane market preferred).
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work in a target-driven environment.*
- Immediate joining availability preferred.
