Job Title: NC Programming

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain NC programs for various machining operations including milling, turning, and grinding
- Collaborate with engineers and machinists to optimize tool paths and machining processes
- Create and implement tooling and fixturing strategies to improve machining efficiency and quality
- Conduct tooling and fixture trials to ensure ideal performance and operation
- Provide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot any programming-related issues
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to streamline processes and enhance productivity
- Stay current with industry trends and developments in NC programming software and technology

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficient in NC programming software such as Mastercam, CATIA, or Siemens NX
- In-depth knowledge of machining processes and capabilities
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in NC programming within a manufacturing environment
