Job Title: NC Programmer
Location: Bangalore & Chennai
Education: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Experience Required:
5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in NC Programming, preferably within the Aerospace domain.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in Catia V5, especially the Advanced Machining Module (AM2).
- Expertise in generating optimized toolpaths for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machines.
- Practical experience in tool prove-out on high-speed CNC machines and refining NC toolpaths based on First Article Inspection (FAI) reports.
- Strong knowledge of Vericut for NC program validation and creation of shop floor setup sheets.
- Solid understanding of machining processes for HMC and VMC milling work centers.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, COS, and TO documents.
- Good awareness of cutting tools and defining appropriate cutting parameters.
- Experience in machining Aluminum alloys; exposure to hard materials like Titanium and Stainless Steel is a plus.
