Title: NC Programming.

1. NC Code Development: As an NC Programmer, your primary responsibility will be developing, writing, and maintaining NC programs for our machine tools, precisely outlining the sequence of operations and tooling required to produce high-quality Forging dies & toolings.

2. Collaboration with Engineering and Manufacturing Teams: You will work closely with design engineers, manufacturing engineers, and other stakeholders to understand part specifications, drawings, and manufacturing processes. Effective communication and collaboration are vital to ensure accurate translation of design intent into effective NC programs.

3. Optimization and Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of manufacturing processes and make recommendations for automation, tooling changes, and program optimization. You will evaluate current methods, tools, and equipment and suggest enhancements to achieve higher precision and productivity.

4. Program Verification: Thoroughly review and verify newly created or modified NC programs to ensure correctness, accuracy, and efficiency. Prior to implementation, you will simulate programs using computer software to detect and resolve any potential tooling collisions, material interferences, or machining errors.

5. Documentation and Training: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all NC programs, including revisions, tooling information, and setup instructions.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and manufacturing practices.
- Familiarity with CNC machines and G-code programming language.
