**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models to create CNC programs for machining operations.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand component specifications and tolerances.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, tool paths, and machining parameters to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
- Create and optimize CNC programs using software such as Autodesk Delcam, or similar CNC programming tools.
- Conduct toolpath simulations and verifications to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Generate setup sheets and documentation to guide machine operators.
- Monitor and troubleshoot CNC machines during production to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Develop and implement machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times.
- Collaborate with machine operators and production teams to fine-tune machining processes and resolve any issues.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of CNC machine capabilities and advancements in machining technology.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and industry regulations.
- Continuously assess and optimize CNC programs to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Document and maintain CNC programs and tooling records.
- Provide training and guidance to junior programmers and machine operators.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in CNC programming within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CNC programming software, such as Autodesk Delcam, or similar tools.
- Strong technical knowledge of CNC machining processes and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and quality.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
