We are hiring **sales office** an ice cream shop, typically refers to a small space dedicated to managing administrative tasks related to the business's sales and operations. While the front-of-house staff (such as cashiers and servers) handle customer interactions and product sales, the sales office is focused on back-end operations, business management, and sales performance.

**Sales Office Description**:

- **Location**: The sales office is usually positioned away from the customer-facing area, though in some cases, it may be located near the point of sale to facilitate easy access to sales data and customer orders. It should be in a quieter part of the shop to maintain focus and reduce disruptions.
- **Size and Setup**: The office doesn’t need to be large. It might include a desk, a computer, filing cabinets, and any necessary office supplies. It might also have a small meeting area if needed for team discussions. Essential equipment would include a POS (Point of Sale) system, cash register, inventory tracking tools, and possibly a telephone for handling customer queries and supplier communication.

**Responsibilities of the Sales Office**:

- **Sales Tracking & Reporting**:

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track the performance of different products (e.g., specific flavors or menu items).
- Analyze sales trends and identify popular products and peak sales periods.
- Adjust pricing, promotions, and inventory levels based on sales data.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee inventory of ingredients, supplies, and packaging (such as cones, cups, and napkins).
- Ensure that stock levels are sufficient and reorder ingredients and products as needed.
- Manage stock rotation to prevent wastage, especially in a perishable business like ice cream.
- **Financial Management**:

- Handle daily cash flow and reconcile cash registers at the end of shifts.
- Process invoices from suppliers and handle accounts payable.
- Track expenses (e.g., supplies, utilities) and ensure that the shop operates within its budget.
- **Customer Service Support**:

- Assist with customer complaints or special requests that require managerial attention.
- Oversee loyalty programs or any promotional offers (e.g., discounts, coupons).
- Manage online orders or delivery service operations if applicable.
- **Employee Management**:

- Maintain employee schedules and track hours worked.
- Handle payroll and ensure proper compensation for the staff.
- Manage training for new staff or any ongoing staff development.
- **Marketing & Promotions**:

- Coordinate seasonal promotions or special offers to drive sales (e.g., discounts for holidays or "buy one, get one free" deals).
- Work with the marketing team (if applicable) to design flyers, social media campaigns, and special events to boost business visibility.
- Oversee loyalty programs or customer engagement strategies.
- **Compliance and Licensing**:

- Ensure that the business complies with food safety regulations and health codes.
- Maintain necessary business licenses and certifications.
- Stay up-to-date on local laws regarding operating hours, food handling, and other regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
