**Job Title: Senior Sales Executive**

**Role Overview**:
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in both driving sales and developing effective marketing strategies. You will assist customers in selecting products, contribute to promotional efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales**: Assist customers in choosing tiles and sanitary products, process sales transactions, and manage inventory. Maintain showroom organization and build customer relationships.
- **Marketing**: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, create content, and organize promotional events. Analyze market trends to refine marketing strategies.
**Requirements**:
- **Fresher**: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- **Experienced**: Previous sales experience in selling a variety of construction products, including cement, bricks, steel, wood, flooring, tiles, glass, insulation, plumbing, electrical components, paint, and more.
- **Driver’s License**: Valid driver's license for client visits and site meetings
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and a customer-focused attitude.
