**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations.
- Manage and monitor staff performance and productivity.
- Ensure proper inventory management and stock levels.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety on the floor.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction (if applicable).
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations and performance.
- Implement company policies and ensure compliance.
- Train new team members and ensure ongoing staff development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar supervisory or floor management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with inventory and POS systems (for retail), or production equipment (for manufacturing).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or diploma in management is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
