**Department**:Metal Finishing

**Responsibility**: A. Handling of labor of plating & Auto black

B. Supervision of all over bicycle parts manufacturing plant.

**CHEMICAL TESTING**: A. Titration of zinc and nickel plating solutions.

B. Titration of anodic and soak cleaners.

**Calibration & Check sheet**:A. TDS & PH meter calibration.

B. Thickness testing

C. Hull Cell testing

D. Acid Testing

E. Check all parameters of Zinc plant and Autoblack

**Documentation**: A. New process flow diagram as per requirement.

B. New control plan.

C. Maintaining log reports

**Development**:A. Set new product process flow.

B. Documentation of new part.

**5S**:

- A. 5-S level increased in shop floor.

**INSPECTION**: A. Raw Material Inspection

B. Final InspectionAutoblack material as well as Zinc plating material.

Make sure machines and equipment are working properly, if found not working immediately inform to concerned department.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
