Experience: 1-2 years
The details of roles and responsibilities are as below:
Job Responsibilities:

- Identify new potential customers
- Active follow ups with leads
- Convert a Lead to paying customer
- Strategies to generate new work from existing customers
- Act as the point of contact for clients
- Invoicing and Payments collection
- Customer relationship management
- Collect clients feedback-testimonials

**Required Skills**:

- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Analytical and time-management skills
- Ability to create professional sales proposals
- Upselling and cross selling skills
- A flexible work schedule
- Knowledge of CRM for eg Hubspot or salesforce
- Technical knowledge on how software works is a plus

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
