**About Fitelo**: Fitelo is a fast-paced Indian D2C Health-tech startup looking to hire senior talent. It is an AI powered online platform for weight loss and chronic disease management. The company was founded with a vision to help customers take the healthier route by eating right, staying active and building healthy habits. It has grown exponentially with strong unit economics and is now looking to expand its team across multiple roles.

**About the role**: We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy associate to help us develop our business activities. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

**Specifically, this role will involve**:

- Representing Fitelo, being the first point of contact for our customers, and the spokesperson of our products
- Contacting potential customers to inform them about Fitelo's service offerings
- Building solid rapport, asking relevant questions to understand customer requirements, handling customer queries, suggesting appropriate packages, and closing sales
- Entering and updating customer information in the database in the sales CRM
- Keeping records of calls and making precise notes during sales conversations
- Refining the sales pitch continuously, helping and training other executives when needed.
- Edtech sales experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Extremely comfortable with cold outreaches and facing objections
- Go-getter attitude with a no-prisoner's approach
- Passionate about work, motivated for continuous learning and positive in approach

**Qualifications**:
Graduates & Post Graduates (any field) are welcome

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
