Sales Associate - Clothing Store

**Position**: Sales Associate

**Location**: Mohali

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers as they enter the store. Provide personalized fashion advice and suggestions based on customer preferences and current trends.
- **Sales**: Drive sales by actively promoting products and special promotions. Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling.
- **Merchandising**: Ensure that the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing. Assist in arranging displays, restocking shelves, and organizing merchandise.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store's products, including sizes, styles, colors, and fabrics. Stay updated on new arrivals and fashion trends.
- **Checkout Process**: Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and process payments accurately. Ensure a smooth and efficient checkout experience for customers.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or out-of-stock items. Assist with inventory counts and replenishment.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect and relay customer feedback to management. Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any field
- **Communication Skills**: Good verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- **Customer Focus**: Passionate about fashion and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
- **Appearance**: Well-groomed and presentable, reflecting the store's image and style.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
