**Job Title**: Associate Sales Executive

**Shift Timings**:8 pm to 5 am

**Experience Range**: Fresher or 6months

**Location**: Mohali

We provide technical expertise and utilize agile methodologies to help our clients achieve their security and reliability needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and qualify potential customers through inbound and outbound cold calling.
- Present and explain product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to effectively overcome objections and close sales.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and sales managers to continuously improve sales strategies and processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to work night shifts to accommodate the US time zone.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
