**Schedule**: Monday to Friday

**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales. You will assist customers in selecting products, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products accordingly.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall store success.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
