2. Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across all business segments, leveraging insights from both FMCG and franchise/supermarket chains.

3. Provide visionary leadership to all departments and teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

4. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

5. Lead and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, board members, suppliers, franchisees, and strategic partners.

6. Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market shifts, adapting strategies and tactics accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

7. Champion the company's brand, values, and reputation, both internally and externally, fostering a strong corporate culture and brand loyalty.

8. Drive expansion initiatives, including new market entry, product launches, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, in line with growth objectives.

9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and corporate governance principles.

10. Serve as the primary spokesperson and ambassador for the company, representing its interests in public forums, media appearances, and industry events.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

2. Proven track record of executive leadership in both FMCG and franchise or supermarket chains, with at least 10 years of relevant experience.

3. Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to drive growth and profitability in competitive markets.

4. Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve high performance and results.

5. Deep understanding of retail industry dynamics, consumer behavior, and market trends.

6. Excellent financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and drive financial performance.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
