
Production Planning and Control

1. *Coordinate Production Workflow:*
- Develop and implement production schedules for the products.
- Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of production processes.
2. *Plan and Prioritize Operations:*
- Plan production activities to maximize performance and minimize delays.
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet production targets.
3. *Determine Resource Needs:*
- Assess manpower, equipment, and raw materials required to meet production demands.
- Ensure resources are available and allocated appropriately.
4. *Assign Workers and Staff:*
- Delegate specific production operations to workers and other staff members.
- Ensure staff are appropriately assigned based on skill and production requirements.
5. *Schedule Shifts:*
- Create shift schedules in line with production needs.
- Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate production changes.
6. *Monitor Jobs:*
- Track production jobs to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to address any deviations.
7. *Address Issues Promptly:*
- Identify and address production issues promptly to minimize disruption.
- Implement solutions to keep the production process on track.
8. *Obtain Output Information:*
- Collect data on the number of finished products, percentage of defectives, and other relevant metrics.
- Analyze production output to identify areas for improvement.
9. *Prepare and Submit Reports:*
- Compile and submit status and performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on production data.
10. *Organize Paperwork:*
- Maintain organized records of production progress.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
## Profile Requirements:
- *Experience:*
- Proven experience as a production planner in the fabrication and manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with heavy machinery and factory setups.
- *Technical Knowledge:*
- Excellent understanding of production planning and quality control principles.
- Experience with MRP II (Manufacturing Resource Planning).
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
- *Skills:*
- Strong mathematical and statistical skills.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective labor handling and escalation management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- *Education:*
- High school diploma is required.
- Further education or certification in a related field is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
