**Job Summary**:
The Factory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. This role involves managing a team of production workers, coordinating schedules, maintaining equipment efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations and workforce activities.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve output and quality targets.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams to prevent downtime.
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members to improve skills and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory, and workforce attendance.
- Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with management, logistics, and quality control teams.
- Address operational issues promptly to minimize disruption and maintain workflow.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s or ITI degree in Mechanical Engeneering
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and production plans.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
