Job Title: Plant Manager

Experience Required: 8-10 years

Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹65,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet targets.
  • Ensure machinery, equipment, and plant infrastructure are maintained in good working condition.
  • Monitor quality control processes to maintain product standards.
  • Supervise and lead plant staff, ensuring adherence to safety and discipline.
  • Implement cost-saving measures and optimize processes for better output.
  • Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory regulations (health, safety, and environmental).
  • Prepare and present regular reports on plant performance to senior management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of plant operations, production planning, and process optimization.
  • Hands-on experience in managing manpower, machinery, and production processes.
  • Good understanding of safety, compliance, and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Engineering/Industrial Management/Equivalent (preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in plant operations within the manufacturing industry.
