**Location - Indore
**Roles and Responsibilities
- **- Maintain Internal Systems: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of internal systems, Including CRM, project management software, and financial databases. Regularly Update and maintain records to reflect current information.-
- Accounts Management: Process invoices and payments for auditors, maintaining accurate records of accounts payable and receivable. Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.-
- Client Data Management: Manage client data and records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Update client information as needed and maintain organized client databases.-
- Internal Auditing and Compliance: Conduct quarterly internal audits, identifying and addressing any non-conformities or grievances to maintain compliance standards.-
- Management Information Systems (MIS): Manage Management Information Systems (MIS), generating reports and analyzing data to support decision-making and project evaluation.Project Coordination: Assist in project coordination activities, including tracking project progress, coordinating with team members.**Requirements**:
**Educational Background & Experience Required
**- MBA/Bachelor’s degree in management (or related field).**Key Skills -**- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.-
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and database management-
