As a **Reception Cum Sales** associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and guests while also assisting in driving sales and promoting our products/services. This position combines administrative responsibilities with a focus on customer engagement and revenue generation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reception Duties**: Greet and welcome clients, guests, or visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Direct them to the appropriate person or department as needed.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Manage appointment bookings, confirm schedules, and coordinate meeting times for clients or guests.
- **Sales & Promotion**: Actively promote and sell our products or services to customers. Meet sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth by identifying sales opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay well-informed about the company’s products or services to provide accurate information and effectively upsell to clients.
- **Cash Handling & Billing**: Handle payments, process transactions, and generate invoices. Ensure accurate billing and provide receipts to clients.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, sales transactions, and inventory (if applicable).
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Follow-Up**: Ensure timely follow-up with potential clients, confirm bookings, and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.
- **Sales Reporting**: Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and contribute insights for marketing and promotional strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar reception role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong sales ability and an enthusiastic approach to customer interaction.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks.
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
