**Job Role**:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions, understanding the specific requirements of clients for each opening.

Engage with Hiring Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their recruitment needs.

Monitor time-to-fill and source-of-hire metrics for each open role.

Perform benchmark analyses on compensation and benefits plans for different roles and levels of seniority.

**Requirements**:
Previous hands-on experience in IT recruiting, handling various skill sets at a professional level.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Technical proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.

**Salary**: ₹12,389.31 - ₹30,000.00 per month
