**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Create, schedule, and manage daily posts across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community.
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and copy.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality outputs.
- **Campaign Execution**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor and manage paid social media advertising, including budget tracking and performance analysis.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Prepare reports on social media performance and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- **Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify and implement new strategies to enhance social media presence and engagement.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other marketing team members and departments to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Coordinate with influencers and partners to expand reach and drive traffic.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 year of hands-on experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
