**About the Role**:
As our Social Media Intern, you'll play a crucial role in amplifying the product's brand voice and building vibrant online communities across various platforms. You'll work alongside our marketing team to develop and execute engaging social media strategies, create compelling content, and analyze performance metrics to drive brand awareness and engagement.

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation & Management**:

- Adapt content for various social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Schedule, post and manage engaging content (images, videos, text) across all channels.
- Write compelling copy and headlines that resonate with target audiences.
- Assist with crafting and managing our monthly social planner in advance

**Community Building & Engagement**:

- Nurture online communities by engaging with their content and float our information pieces over there. (Thoughtful commenting)
- Build relationships with key influencers and industry leaders.

**Campaign Strategy & Execution**:

- Brainstorm and collaborate on creative social media campaigns.
- Help research, analyze, and identify relevant trends and best practices.
- Develop hashtag strategies for different platforms and keep them updated.
- Assist with the planning and execution of social media campaigns to achieve specific goals.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track and analyze social media performance metrics using relevant tools.
- Generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

**Collaboration & Innovation**:

- Work closely with other departments (presales, sales, etc.) to support overall marketing efforts.
- Continuously learn, experiment, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence.
- Contribute to a collaborative and energetic team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (Graduates with a keen interest in technology are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in major social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of design and video editing tools (Canva, InVideo, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience managing social media for a startup or brand is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
