**Responsibilities**:
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Manage maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities
- v Manage Housekeeping, Security and Transport
- v Responsible for smooth and efficient operation of canteen.
- v Monitor all repairing and maintenance work of all machinery and other company assests
- v Record keeping of vendors list
