**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare purchase orders (P.O.) and sales invoices (E-Invoice) in Tally.
- Generate and manage E-Waybill, Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and other dispatch-related documents.
- Record purchase entries, bank transactions, and petty cash entries in Tally.
- Maintain and file documents systematically, ensuring records are updated on the server and in physical books of accounts.
- Correspondence and communication with clients and vendors as required.
- Manage and track petty cash transactions.
- Perform other administrative tasks to support office functions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration or similar roles.
- **Skills**:

- Preferred in Tally (including sales invoice, P.O., and accounting entries).
- Strong knowledge of GST and related compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with document management and filing systems.
- Ability to handle correspondence and perform administrative tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
