**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and verify that digital tile designs align correctly across tile edges and form continuous, seamless patterns when installed.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure tile sets (e.g., book-match, highlighters, murals, or panels) match perfectly in layout and scale.
- Coordinate with digital printing operators to fine-tune alignment and calibration for production accuracy.
- Check and approve print-ready files for tile matching, ensuring resolution, color, and size are within specifications.
- Assist in test prints and physical mock-ups to validate pattern matching before mass production.
- Work with the QA/QC team to ensure finished tiles maintain design accuracy and pattern consistency.
- Suggest adjustments to artwork or file formatting to optimize for printing constraints or production equipment.
- Maintain documentation of matched tile sets and pattern combinations for internal reference and customer support.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Ceramic Technology, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in tile design, digital printing, or related industry roles.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for symmetry, alignment, and continuity in patterns.
- Proficiency in design software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW.
- Basic knowledge of tile manufacturing processes, especially digital printing.
- Ability to work with large-format designs and handle technical file formats.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with ceramic printing techniques and file preparation standards.
- Understanding of layout design in interior spaces (walls, floors).
- Experience with color correction and tile shading classification is a plus.
- Effective communicator and team player with strong problem-solving skills
