Job description

Serve customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining the database. Areas of responsibilities would be:

- Coordination with Hospital staff, maintaining cordial relations with hospital employees.
- Maintain good relations with the Hospital Emergency Department.
- Provide general information on services offered by the Organization to patients and attenders.
- To make rounds & take inquiries from patients/attendees based on their requirements for Ambulance.
- Gather requirements from the attenders - patient's name, pickup/drop location to create bookings.
- Obtain clear and full requirements to assign/send appropriate vehicles.
- Upfront collection from the patient attenders /Cash Management.
- Maintaining cash register, Logbook, details related to ambulance bookings done.
- Coordination with the hospital for early revert on medical/technical needs raised by hospital staff for providing ambulance at said time.
- Collecting the necessary Consent form from the attendants during Emergency medical transportation.
- Quick and proactive in providing assistance and support to patients for better customer service.
- Ongoing coordination with the central emergency response team continuously for timely services.
- Report any incidence occurring at the hospital premises immediately to the reporting manager.
- **Mandatory requirement**:_
- Fluency in Hindi & English
- Knowledge of using tablet and phone-based apps in the English language
- Basic knowledge of cash/mathematical calculations
- **Good to have**:_
- Experience in field/on-call customer service; hospital background preferred.
- Negotiation Skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
